Lotion
There are two ventures here. One moves lotion through a building. One sells lotion in a packet. People keep assuming that these are two halves of a plan. They are not. They are two businesses that happen to have the same product owner and the same fluid.
Why they are listed together and run apart
The overlap is the fluid, and the fluid is the whole of the overlap. A building that pumps lotion room to room and a packet you throw away in a parking lot are answering different questions for different buyers on different money. Merging them would mean one of the two starts having to explain itself in the other's terms, and the one that has to explain itself always loses.
They do share one thing that is not the fluid. Neither of them could be priced until somebody worked out what the thing being sold actually was: the run, on one side, and the classification of the lotion itself on the other. Both took longer than anyone wanted.
